Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Certified Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for performing venipuncture and collecting blood samples from patients. You will also ensure the proper handling and labeling of samples, maintain accurate records, and follow all safety and infection control protocols. Additionally, you may be required to assist in other laboratory tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Phlebotomist

• Prior experience in phlebotomy or a related field

• Strong knowledge of venipuncture techniques and blood collection procedures

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients

• Proficient in using medical equipment and computer systems

• Knowledge of safety and infection control procedures

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

• Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities

Additional certifications or qualifications in healthcare or laboratory sciences would be beneficial
