By accessing or using the Testiwol website, app or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Testiwol provides an online platform to book diagnostic tests, health packages, doctor consultations, vaccinations, radiology and nursing care with home sample collection across Kashmir.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Bookings and payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be completed before sample collection unless cash-on-delivery is explicitly selected.
5. Reports
Diagnostic reports are generated by our partner laboratories. Report turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on test type and operational conditions.
6. Limitation of liability
Testiwol is not a medical institution. We connect you with certified diagnostic providers. Always consult a qualified doctor for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir.
