How do I book a lab test at home?
Choose a test or package, add your address, select a slot and complete payment. A trained phlebotomist will arrive at your home to collect the sample.
When will I receive my report?
Most routine reports are available within 12-24 hours. Specialised tests may take 2-3 days. You will receive a notification as soon as the report is ready.
Are the partner labs certified?
Yes. We partner with NABL-accredited and certified diagnostic centres to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. You can reschedule once for free or cancel before the phlebotomist is dispatched. Visit our Cancellation & Refund Policy page for details.
Do you serve areas outside Anantnag?
We currently serve Anantnag and are expanding across Kashmir, including Srinagar, Baramulla and Pulwama. Enter your location to check availability.
How are my reports shared?
Reports are uploaded securely to your Testiwol account. You can view, download and share them directly from the app or website.
