1. Cancellation by you
- Cancellations made before the phlebotomist is dispatched receive a full refund.
- Cancellations after dispatch but before sample collection may be charged a nominal visit fee.
- Once the sample is collected, the booking cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund eligibility
- Full refund for cancellations within the eligible window.
- Partial refund if sample collection could not be completed due to medical reasons or our error.
- No refund for completed tests or reports already generated.
3. Refund process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. UPI and wallet refunds may appear sooner depending on your bank or wallet provider.
4. Rescheduling
You can reschedule a booking once at no extra cost, subject to slot availability. Further rescheduling may attract a fee.
